NordicTrack Commercial 1750 In Depth.
The control panel of the NordicTrack Commercial 1750 is unique. Simple and straightforward treadmills, that are easy to operate, are common. Equally prevalent are feature rich machines, that are difficult to navigate, and it is hard to get the most out of them without going through a lot of options and menus. The NordicTrack Commercial 1750 avoids these common mistakes. You can change the incline with a single touch, without going through any unnecessary options. The decline, as well as the speed of the treadmill, can be changed just as easily, with the 1-Touch decline and speed button.
The control panel of the NordicTrack Commercial 1750 features a seven inch, colored touch screen, which allows you to keep track of standard features, such as distance, time, speed, incline, along with variable features, such as pulse. The size of the display is a benefit to the user because it makes things very transparent, and shifts the focus to the exercise, not the machine. There are numerous features in the machine that assist you in your workout, and give you a direction and a target to aim for. The AutoBreeze fan can be set to one of the three manual settings, ranging from low to high. In addition, the fan can also function automatically, where it adjusts its speed with respect to that of the treadmill. There are several workout settings pre-programmed into the machine. These settings are based around different speed and incline settings. However, I prefer the Set-A-Goal workout center, also included in the panel, over the Built-In-Workouts. Using the Set-A-Goal workout center, I can punch in variables such as distance, time, and energy expenditure or calories, into the panel. The treadmills then works in real time to generate a workout schedule for the user, based on the given variables. This entry was posted in Equipment, Exercise, Fitness. Bookmark the permalink.
